UFC Champion Belt Podium

Rando Productions designed and fabricated three custom illuminated championship belt display podiums for UFC and Crypto.com. The project began with the development of the first podium and later expanded to include two additional outdoor-rated units for use during UFC Freedom 250.

Each podium was designed around the UFC championship belt and featured an octagonal profile, custom UFC Freedom 250 and Crypto.com branding, red, white and blue programmable lighting, illuminated top and base details, and four adjustable lights positioned beneath the top to highlight the belt. The podiums could operate from either internal battery power or standard 120-volt power, allowing them to be used in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations.

The outdoor units were constructed using weather-resistant materials and finishes, including treated metal, marine-grade wood components, polycarbonate and custom 3D-printed elements. The podiums also included removable branding panels so graphics could be changed or serviced when required. Custom rolling shipping crates were fabricated to protect the units during transportation and simplify movement at the event site.

Rando handled the project from design development through fabrication, electrical integration, programmable lighting, finishing, testing, crating and delivery. The completed podiums were used throughout UFC Freedom 250, including on the indoor broadcast set inside the White House, at the Lincoln Memorial event area and on the White House grounds during the championship belt presentation.
