Rando Productions partnered with Lightswitch to deliver a showstopping centerpiece for The American Rodeo, the richest weekend event in Western sports. Hosted annually in Arlington, Texas, The American brings together top professional rodeo athletes and rising stars for a high-energy, winner-take-all competition that is both broadcast nationwide and celebrated live in-stadium.

For the 2023 event, our Los Angeles-based team provided custom fabrication and specialty staging for the iconic 40-foot illuminated “A”, the signature scenic element on the main stage. Rando Productions engineered and fabricated the structure with precision metalwork, integrated lighting systems, and high-quality finishes. Our crew also assisted with onsite installation, ensuring the piece performed flawlessly for both live audiences and television broadcast.

This large-scale scenic feature stood as a powerful visual symbol of the event’s identity, blending rugged strength with modern design.
